OXFORD, Ohio - As part of Miami University bicentennial celebration, the RedHawk athletic department will be counting down its top-200 moments, beginning Aug. 4, 2008.
The top-200 Miami Athletics Moments will be featured on MURedHawks.com, leading up to the University's Charter Day on Feb. 21, 2009. What the Red and White need from you are your picks for the top-200 moments in Miami Athletics history.
Some are easy. Doug Penno's buzzer-beater against Akron in 2007 and Amanda Jackson leading the RedHawks to a MAC Tournament title in 2008 are both visible, recent moments. We could use the help of the Red and White faithful in compiling a full list of all of the best Miami Sports moments, from football and field hockey to swimming and diving and synchronized skating.
