Miami to Hold National Letter of Intent Press Conference

OXFORD, Ohio - The head coaches for Miami University's football, women's soccer and field hockey teams will hold a joint press conference next Wednesday, Feb. 2 at 3 p.m. in the Walter L. Gross Center in Oxford to announce their signees for the Fall of 2005. The event is open to the public.
New head football coach Shane Montgomery will be announcing his first recruiting class since taking over the program following the Independence Bowl on Dec. 28, while women's soccer coach Bobby Kramig is in search of finding a replacement for departing two-time Mid-American Conference Player of the Year Ashley Swinehart (2003 and 2004). This will be the second recruiting class for field hockey coach Jill Reeve, who guided Miami to a six-game improvement in wins and a spot in the MAC semifinals in her first season at the helm.
