OXFORD, Ohio (AP) - Luke Clemens ran for 171 yards and two touchdowns to lead Miami to a 27-20 victory over Kent State on Saturday.

Ben Roethlisberger went 18-of-30 for 198 yards, with a 7-yard touchdown pass to Michael Larkin that rallied the RedHawks from their only deficit.

Roethlisberger has thrown at least one TD pass in 15 of the 16 games he has started for Miami (2-2, 1-0 Mid-American Conference).

Joshua Cribbs was 19-of-32 for 189 yards and had touchdown runs of 25 and 4 yards for Kent State (2-2, 0-1). Cribbs ran for 126 yards on 17 carries.

Clemens gave Miami a 14-0 lead with two first-quarter scores. But Travis Mayle's 38-yard field goal and Cribbs' first score made it 14-10 at halftime.

Cribbs' second score gave the Golden Flashes a 17-14 lead with 12:20 remaining in the third quarter.

Larkin's touchdown reception put the RedHawks ahead for good. Jared Parseghian added field goals of 21 and 27 yards.
