Prentice To Take Part in CNNSI Pre-NFL Draft Chat

Miami University football standout Travis Prentice (Louisville, Ky./Manual) is scheduled to be one of 10 NFL draft prospects to take part in a CNNSI pre-NFL Draft Chat during the week of April 10-14. A holder of six NCAA records, Prentice will be available in the CNNSI chatroom at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, April 11.

Those interested in the pre-draft chats, which also include Georgia Tech quarterback Joe Hamilton, Virginia Tech defensive end Corey Moore and Alabama offensive tackle Chris Samuels can log onto http://www.cnnsi.com/chat/nfldraft2000, where there's a complete schedule of all participants and the opportunity to submit questions in advance.

The NCAA's all-time leader in touchdowns and scoring, Prentice is aiming to be selected during the first day of the NFL draft, which begins on April 15. Other draft hopefuls from Miami include wide receiver Trevor Gaylor (Hazelwood, Mo./Hazelwood West) and linebacker Dustin Cohen (Cincinnati, Ohio/Summit Country Day).
