Volleyball Team Tops Buffalo in Three

BUFFALO (Nov. 4) -- Led by Lee Ann Karr's 12 kills, Miami University's volleyball team defeated the University at Buffalo, 15-1, 15-1 and 15-11, on Nov. 5 at Alumni Arena in Buffalo, N.Y.

Karr also posted a .423 hitting percentage and had six digs and two blocks in the win. Erika Eagan notched nine kills and a .615 hitting percentage, while Kelly McCullough added eight kills, two service aces and a .438 hitting percentage.

Amy Pfohl led the RedHawks with eight digs and also notched two blocks.

As a team, the RedHawks recorded a .382 hitting percentage and hit at a .556 efficiency in the first game.

The RedHawks host their final home contest of the season at 7 p.m. on Nov. 10 against Bowling Green.
