Becky Warwick Becomes Miami's All-Time Assist Leader

MUNCIE, Ind. (October 29) -- Miami University senior Becky Warwick (Escondido, Calif./San Pasqual) became the RedHawks' all-time assist leader in Miami's 2-1 setback to Ball State. Warwick, who notched her team-leading seventh assist on the year, broke the record at the 32:30 mark in the second half on junior Kari Roche's (Escondido, Calif./San Pasqual) goal.

Warwick, who overtook Sharon Wolfington (1981-84) on the all-time chart with 25 assists, is a 1998 second-team all-MAC selection. Warwick is also second on Miami's single-season assist list with 10, setting the mark a year ago.

Miami concludes its' regular-season play tomorrow as it travels to Central Michigan. Game time is 1 p.m.
