Joan Carol Oliveras is in his fourth year as an assistant coach with the field hockey program.
In his first three years the RedHawks have combined to to go 45-21 overall and 21-3 in MAC play, capturing three MAC regular season and post season tournament championships. Miami has gone on to play in three NCAA Tournaments, including a trip to the Elite-8 in 2025.
