2010-11: Academic All-MAC (outdoors) ... NCAA East Preliminary Round Qualifier ... Indoors, placed ninth in both the shot put (13.23m/43-5) and the weight throw (16.36m/53-8.25) at the MAC Indoor Championships ... her shot put throw at the MAC meet marked a season best ... posted a season-best weight throw of 16.43m/53-11 to win the event at the Ball State Quadrangular. Outdoors, finished 42nd in the hammer throw at the NCAA East Preliminary Round with a throw of 50.99m/167-3 ... placed seventh in the shot put at the MAC Outdoor Championships with a toss of 13.94m/45-9 and took ninth in the hammer throw with a heave of 52.10m/170-11 ... also finished 14th in the discus at the MAC meet with a personal-best throw of 43.53m/142-9 ... logged a personal-best hammer throw of 55.25m/181-3, which ranks her second in school history, at the Miami Invitational where she was fifth ... posted a personal-best shot put of 14.29m/46-10.75 to take fourth at the All-Ohio Outdoor Championships ... won the hammer throw at the RedHawk Invitational (54.47m/178-8) and was second at the Missouri Relays (51.63m/169-4).
2009-10: Indoors, took eighth place at the MAC Championships (2/27/10) in the shot put with a career-best distance of 46-7.5, ranking her fifth in school history ... claimed fifth place in the shot put at the All-Ohio Championships (2/13/10) with a throw of 45-5 ... took 11th place in the weight throw at the MAC Championships with a mark of 53-11.75 and fifth place in the All-Ohio Championships with a toss of 53-4.5 ... also threw a career-long 54-8 in the weight throw at the Ball State Quadrangular (2/19/10) to claim third place, ranking her fourth in school history. Outdoors, competed in the MAC Championships in discuss (127-5), hammer throw (143-0) and shot put (44-7.5), placing 19th, 16th and 12th respectively (5/15/10) ... posted a season-best discus toss of 142-9, good for second place, a career-best hammer throw of 177-3, good for first, and a career-best shot put heave of 45-5.75, good for first place, all at the RedHawk Invitational (4/24/10) ... the throws moved her into third in school history in the hammer throw and seventh in the shot put ... took 15th at the prestigious Penn Relays (4/22/10) in the shot put (43-7.75).
2008-09: Indoor, competed in the discus throw, shot put and weight throw... recorded the season[apos]s top RedHawk indoor performances in the shot put with a season and career-best 44-9½ throw, which ranks her eighth all-time at Miami, and a 48-10¼ weight throw at the MAC Championship (02/27/09)... in outdoor competition, had three top-five RedHawk performances of the season... recorded a 45-0¼ toss in the shot put at the Butler Twilight, marking a career best and ranking her eighth all-time at Miami... set two more season and career-best tosses at the MAC Championship (05/16/09) at 140-3 in the discus throw and at the South Florida Quad (03/28/09) in the hammer throw with a 158-0 toss.
High School: A four-year letterwinner in track at Greenfield Central... qualified for the state championship four times, garnering all-state honors in 2007 and 2008... named all-conference four times... holds the school record in the shot put... set personal bests of 44-10 in the shot put and 135-3 in the discus... ranked as the 25th-best senior shot putter in the nation... also participated in volleyball and basketball at Greenfield Central... was named academic all-conference in track and volleyball.
Personal: Daughter of Carol and Kip Gable... was an honor roll student... majoring in early childhood education.
