Set PR in 10k (30:56.3) at NCAA regionals, coming in 73rd (cross country)
Won steeplechase at Jesse Owens Classic with seventh-fastest time in program history, finishing in 8:54.77 (outdoor)
Established new PR in 1500m (3:48.32) at Billy Hayes Invitational, taking second place (outdoor)
Captured bronze in 3000m steeplechase and also took eighth in 1500m at MAC Outdoor Championships

PRIOR TO MIAMI

Took second place in 2km steeplechase at ESAA
Finished second in England U20 Championships in 3km steeplechase
Represented Queens University of Charlotte in 2022 and 2023 ASUN Cross Country Championships
Competed in 2023 ASUN Indoor Track and Field Championships in the mile (13th place), 3000 (17th place) and DMR (seventh place)
Set PR in steeplechase at Flames Invitational in April 2023 (9:08.76), finishing fourth
Came in fifth in 5000 at Charlotte 49er Classic in March 2023 with PR time of 14:50.11
Posted a personal-best time of 24:50.6 in 8K at XC23 College & Open last October
