Part of 4x400m relay group that finished fourth at Hoosier Horsepower Classic (indoor)
Set new PR in 400m with time of 59.13 at Gem City Invitational (indoor)
Named Academic All-MAC (indoor and outdoor)
Produced new PR of 1:02.22 in 400m hurdles at Oliver Nikoloff Invitational, placing fifth (outdoor)
Took third place with 4x400m relay at Wake Forest Invitational (outdoor)
Finished 11th in 400m hurdles at MAC Outdoor Championships

2023-24 HIGHLIGHTS

Set personal best (9.28) in 60m hurdles at Indiana Invitational (indoor)
Finished fifth in 4x400m relay (3:49.03) at MAC Indoor Championships
Part of winning 4x400m relay (3.49.98) at BSU - We Fly Challenge (outdoor)
Won the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:02.35 at the RedHawk Invitational (outdoor) and ran a PR of 26.22 in the 200m
Earned fourth in the 400m hurdles (1:02.25), fourth in the 4x400m relay (3.46.48), and fifth in the 4x100m relay with a time of 45.92 at MAC Outdoor Championships

Competed two years for Loyola (Chicago)
Ranks fourth on Ramblers' all-time list in 400 hurdles with a 1:02.11 finish at Bryan Clay Invitational
Placed in ninth with a personal best 500m time of 1:17.00 and set a DMR time of 12:04.78 to take eighth place at the 2023 Atlantic 10 Indoor Track & Field Championships
Finished seventh with a mark of 1:03.59 in the 400 hurdles at 2023 Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships
