2015-16 Track & Field: Outdoor – Named Academic All-MAC … qualified for the NCAA East Region Preliminary Round (5/26-28) in the shot put, where she took 43rd with a toss of 47-0 3/4 … finished eighth in the shot put (personal-best 49-4 1/4) while also taking 15th in the hammer throw (160-8) at the MAC Outdoor Championships (5/12-14) … launched a personal-best 172-3 to take ninth in the hammer throw at the Hilltopper Relays (4/8-9), where she also took third in the shot put (48-8 1/4). Indoor – Named Academic All-MAC … competed in eight meets … finished 14th in the shot put (42-11 1/2) and 20th in the weight throw (45-9 3/4) at the MAC Indoor Championships (2/26-27) … launched a season-best 55-0 in the weight throw (19th) and 48-1 1/4 in the shot put (13th) at the Meyo Invitational (2/5-6).
2015 Outdoor Track & Field: Competed in six meets in the on the outdoor schedule … opened the season the UNF Spring Break Invitational throwing discus, hammer and shot put marking 110’1”, 154’11” and 44’6” respectively … marked her top shot put mark at the Rankin/Poehlein Invitational throwing 44’ 9.5” … marked a personal record of 153’ 1” in the hammer at the All-Ohio Championships … competed at the MAC Championships in the shot put marking 42’ 7.5”.
2014-15 Indoor Track & Field: Competed in eight meets for Miami during the indoor season … opened the season at the Mastodon Opener throwing a personal best 44’11” in the shot put and 52’8.75” in weight throw … posted a personal best weight throw of 55’ 3.75” … competed in both the shot put and the weight throw at the MAC Championships marking 43’ 5.75” and 52’ 10.75” respectively.
2013-14: Indoor: Competed in six meets ... launched a season-best weight throw of 49-8 1/4 at the Ball State Quad. Outdoor: Competed in four meets ... posted season bests in the shot put (42-3 1/2), discus (121-1) and javelin (93-4) at the RedHawk Invitational.
High School: Earned four letters in track and field at Frankenmuth HS under head coach Mike Snyder...served as captain of her track and field team for two years...went undefeated in conference competition...finished first at regionals, then took fourth at the state championship...was named All-Conference, All-Region, and All-State all four years of high school in at least one event.
Personal: Born January 18, 1995 in Saginaw, Mich....daughter of Grail and Thomas Frahm...finished in the top 10 percent of her high school class last May.
