The 2026 One Miami basketball doubleheader presented by E&H Ace Hardware is nearly here! The Miami basketball teams will take the court Saturday, January 31 at Millett Hall in Oxford, as the women face Ohio at 1 p.m. and the men battle Northern Illinois at 3:30 p.m. Miami University will honor five-time NBA Champion and Miami Basketball legend Ron Harper with an honorary degree between the games as part of the day’s festivities!
Tickets for the doubleheader are SOLD OUT! Doors open at 12 p.m.
The Glee Club will be singing the National Anthem with a presentation of colors by the NROTC prior to the women's game.
Miami Men's & Women's Basketball Alumni Day- Miami Basketball alumni will return to Millett for the basketball games, including greats like Ron Harper who will be accepting an honorary degree from President Crawford before the starting lineups are introduced for the men's game.
One Miami Day Giveaways- Foam light sticks will be given out to the 5,000 fans, as well as t-shirts to the first 1,000 fans at both Men's and Women's Basketball. Ron Harper faces will be given out to the first 3,000 fans, and the first 1,500 students will receive a Ron Harper jersey.
Carnival on the Concourse Presented by Ohio 529 College Advantage- There will be inflatables, and activities on the west concourse for our younger fans from 12 p.m. through halftime of Saturday's men's game.
*SECTIONS 3-8 & 22-23 NEED TO BE CLEARED AFTER THE WOMEN'S GAME CONCLUDES. THESE SECTIONS ARE RESERVED SEATS FOR THE MEN'S BASKETBALL GAME.
*Ticketed fans are welcome to utilize the General Admission sections (9-21, all of the upper level sections) for both games.
*THERE WILL BE NO RE-ENTRY THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE EVENTS
Accessing Basketball Tickets
One ticket gains entrance to BOTH basketball games. The ticket will state the men’s opponent and time (Northern Illinois at 3:30 p.m.) due to the reserved seating of some sections for men’s basketball, but the ticket is good for both games which starts with the women’s game vs. Ohio at 1 p.m.
Fans are encouraged to download their tickets early and arrive at the games early.
For those who have already purchased, your tickets have been digitally delivered to the email address associated with your ticket account. Make sure to follow these three steps for the games:
- Download your game tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay app PRIOR to your arrival at Millett Hall.
- Double check that your tickets are for the correct game.
- Have your fully charged phone out with your tickets pulled up for your tickets to be scanned by our usher staff.
- If you cannot find your tickets in your inbox, please search for an email from “RedHawkTix” and click the link to add your tickets to your Google Pay/Apple Wallet app.
Basketball Parking Info - UPDATED as of 2 p.m. on Jan. 31
As of 2 p.m., the West Millett parking lot is now full and has been closed.
The Fryman, Yager, North/South Garage, and Cook Field lots are available for parking.
SHUTTLE ROUTES - BCRTA will be running shuttles from Cook Field, North Parking Garage, Fryman Lot, and drop off at East Millett. There will also be the O-2 BCRTA bus route, which will run from Chestnut, South Campus Garage, travel through the interior of campus, and drop off at Weeb and Sycamore. All fans are welcome to use the BCRTA Shuttles and Buses to get to the arena.
Clear Bags/Prohibited Items
To ensure efficient moving lines through security, clear bags are RECOMMENDED. Please see below for prohibited items at Millett Hall:
Aerosol Cans, Alcohol, Animals (Service animals are permitted), All bags and persons are subject to visual inspection; Commercial video / audio equipment, tripods and selfie sticks Confetti / Streamers / Glitter / Balloons / Beach Balls, Fireworks, Food, Beverages (Baby food, formula and/or snacks are permitted if accompanied by an infant), Reasonable quantities for health-related needs are permitted; Hover boards/Skateboards/Bicycles, Ice Chests/Coolers/Laser Pointers, Noisemakers including musical instruments and amplified noisemakers (bullhorns, air horns, etc.), Non-amplified noisemakers are permitted (cow bells, thunder sticks, vuvuzela horns, etc.), Tobacco Products (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaporizers, hookahs, cigars, pipes and chewing tobacco), Umbrellas, Weapons including Pepper Spray and knives/blades of any length are not permitted at Miami Athletic venues. Food Drive
In the spirit of celebrating the Miami University and Oxford communities, there will be a drive at the One Miami games to benefit Talawanda Oxford Pantry & Social Services (TOPSS). Fans are asked to contribute non-perishable items or toiletries that will be donated to TOPSS. There will be bins in the lobbies of the venues for the One Miami games to collect these items.
Save the Date
Mark your calendars for the 11th annual Love.Honor.Care weekend Feb. 20-21, presented by Western & Southern Financial Group. The weekend features a nationally-televised men's basketball game on Friday night, a women's basketball game on Saturday afternoon and a hockey series on Friday and Saturday nights.
