Including musical instruments and amplified noisemakers (bullhorns, air horns, etc.)
Non-amplified noisemakers are permitted (cow bells, thunder sticks, vuvuzela horns, etc.)

Includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaporizers, hookahs, cigars, pipes and chewing tobacco
