Trey Busch holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Miami University (1982).  While at Miami, Busch played four years with Miami football from 1978-1982. He is the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. within the Construction Services group.

Busch has over 30 years of experience in all facets of insurance.  This includes risk management, underwriting, claims management and brokerage services. 

Prior to joining Alliant, he spent 20 years as Executive Vice President and COO for Aon Risk Solutions, located in central California. 

Prior to merging with Aon Risk Solutions in 1993, Busch was President and CEO of Central California Financial, an insurance brokerage operation located in Monterey, California.

He has also served on numerous Boards’ of Directors, both for-profit and non-profit corporations.

He and his wife Mindy (Miami ’83) live in Salinas, California and have four children.
