Marcus Johnson Biography
Born in Youngstown, Ohio, Marcus Johnson graduated from the Miami College of Arts & Science (B.A., Psychology) in 2005.
While participating in football, Marcus was twice named 1st Team All Mid - American Conference (2004 & 2005), Lombardi & Butkus Award Preseason Watch List (2005) & Team Defensive Player of the Year (2005). He tied the single game school record for quarterback sacks (3.5) in 2004. Marcus was a 4 - Year Letter Winner including the 2003 MAC Championship & 2004 MAC East Champion Teams.
After graduation, Marcus worked for Macy's Incorporated (Executive Development Program) then Lilly USA (Women's Health Division) before continuing his career with Intuitive Surgical, manufacturer of the daVinci Surgical System in 2010. Over the last 6+ years at Intuitive, he has trained over 60 surgeons & supported hundreds of other surgeons/nurses utilizing the robotic surgery platform during live surgery. Since 2015, Marcus has launched both Liz Hunter Investment Group & MSK Restaurant Group where he will continue to develop his personal portfolio of businesses in the coming years.
Marcus currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
