Lindsay received her B.S. in Finance from Miami in 2004. She was a member of the Track and Field team, excelling in the high jump as a two time NCAA Regional Qualifier and all-MAC performer. She was twice recognized as a USTCA Academic All-American and named to the MAC Honor Roll three consecutive years for her achievements both on and off the track. She later earned her M.B.A. from Ashland University.
Lindsay spent thirteen years working in commercial banking, most recently as an Assistant Vice President in Client Development at Signature Bank in Toledo, Ohio. Her banking career led her to provide financial and advisory services to a portfolio of privately owned businesses. While she loved building relationships and helping other business owners achieve their goals, she recently set out to achieve one of her own goals and utilized her business knowledge and creativity to establish her own interior design company.
Lindsay was awarded the Toledo region's 20 Under 40 Award in 2014 for her professional accomplishments and community involvement. She has served on numerous boards and held many volunteer positions over the course of her career. In 2011, she established Girls on the Run of Northwest Ohio, a non profit organization that teaches 3rd through 5th grade girls valuable life skills through dynamic, interactive lessons and running games. The 10 week program, offered in the spring and fall of each year, culminates with the girls being physically and emotionally prepared to complete a celebratory 5k running event. The organization now empowers over 1,000 girls annually in the Northwest Ohio region.
Lindsay resides in Waterville, Ohio with her husband, Kirk McKibben (2005) and their two young sons, Brooks and Clark.
