Laura Janssen graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University in 1987 and holds an MBA from the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago.
A seasoned marketer, Janssen earned her stripes in client-side sales and marketing with roles at Procter & Gamble, Quaker Oats and Kellogg’s before leading teams within the agency ranks. This unique blend — pairing sales and marketing perspectives with client and agency experience — has provided Janssen a keen understanding of the rapidly evolving and ever multiplying set of tools that influence shoppers along their path to purchase.
Today Janssen heads the Chicago office for Catapult Marketing (a division of Epsilon), a global leader delivering data-driven, digital shopper marketing activations for brands like KitchenAid, Kraft Foods, Bayer and Anheuser-Busch In-Bev.
A former four year letter winner and Miami softball team captain, Janssen and her husband Chris live in Winnetka, Ill., with their three sons … and all of them love getting back to Oxford to root for their beloved Red and White of Miami.
