Kyle Decker is the Managing Partner/Chief Executive Officer of The Job Store Staffing Solutions, one of the largest staffing providers in the Midwestern United States.

Decker transitioned from a communications degree at Miami to the staffing industry in 2009, and he has been a driving force behind the company's growth ever since. With his passion and determination, Decker became the Managing Partner/CEO of The Job Store Staffing Solutions in a few short years. Decker's effort has launched The Job Store from a start-up company with one office to 12 recruiting offices.

Decker played football for Miami from 2004-2008, where he was a four-year letterman and the recipient of the 2006 John Scherz Outstanding Walk-On of the Year recipient.

Decker is originally from Granville, OH where he is also a member of the Granville High School Hall of Fame.

He and his wife Kristin, a Miami merger, reside in Loveland, OH with their son Riley.
