High School: Graduated from Westside High School in 2016 ... enrolled at Miami early ... coached by Scott Earley ... team captain ... team went 11-2 as a senior and won a pair of regional championships ... named Upstate Player of the Year ... named Shrine Bowl MVP ... earned all-state honors and was named his county’s Player of the Year ... as a senior he completed 68-percent of his passes for 2,750 yards, 28 touchdowns and three interceptions.
