Male Winner: Tommy Harrison
Tommy Harrison led the Miami offense this week, helping the RedHawks go toe-to-toe with No. 22 Kentucky and sweep Ball State for the first time since 2007. The Redshirt Junior hit .471, gathering eight hits on 17 at bats, and drove in 13 of Miami's 52 runs for the week. Harrison's slugging included three home runs. On Thursday he hit a solo home run to help build a 10-run victory over the Cardinals, and on Friday he recorded four of his seven RBIs with a grand slam. With his weekend accolades, Harrison surpassed 50 season RBIs, reached double-digit season home runs, and improved his season batting average to .420. A redshirt junior outfielder from Cleveland, Ohio, he is studying Marketing in the Farmer School of Business.
