Rigel and Scally Compete in NCAA East First Round

LEXINGTON, Ky.— The Miami Track and Field team had two athletes participate in the second day of the NCAA East First Round on Thursday, as Ella Rigel competed in the hammer throw and Ella Scally competed in the long jump.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
Due to the weather, pole vault was moved to Friday, May 24 at 10 a.m. and Mia Boule will be the final RedHawk to compete in Lexington.

- In the hammer throw, Rigel finished in 40th place with 53.89 meters. In the long jump, Scally competed but did not post a mark.
