
Miami Skating's Senior Team Announces International Competitions

OXFORD, Ohio—The Miami University senior synchronized skating team has finalized its 2024-25 schedule today with the announcement of the RedHawks' international competitions. The Red and White will represent the United States in two events over the first two months of the 2025 calendar year.
Miami will compete in the CS Mozart Cup in Salzburg, Austria, January 17-18 and also will compete at the CS U.S. International Classic in Boston, Mass., February 7-8. Both events are part of the ISU Challenger Series.
The RedHawks will attempt to advance to their 15th all-time ISU World Synchronized Championship. Two teams will be chosen to represent the United States as Team USA at the U.S. National Championships in Colorado Springs, Colo at the beginning of March. This year, the ISU World Championships will be held in Helsinki, Finland, April 4-5, 2025. Miami placed sixth at the 2023 World Championships in its most recent appearance.
