RedHawks Have an Impressive Day at Live in Lou Classic

LOUISVILLE, Ky.--Â The RedHawk cross country teams ran in their third meet of the season today, competing at the Live in Lou Classic. The men ran the 8k and finished in seventh place out of 39 teams with a total of 229 points, while the women ran the 5k and finished in 15th place out of 36 teams with 467 points,

HOW IT HAPPENED:
The RedHawks will run in the Jenna Strong Fall Classic in Wilmington, Ohio on October 13th, and the Pre-Nationals meet the next day in Charlottesville, Va. on October 14th.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- For the men, Patrick Wills was the highest placing RedHawk, and he finished in 18th place with a time of 24:07.1. Mhalicki Bronson finished right behind him in 19th place with a time of 24:07.2. Charles Harders was the next highest placing RedHawk, and he came in 50th place. Conall McGinness (24:42.5) and Johnny Sayle (24:48.2) finished in 68th and 76th, respectively.
- For the women, Ava Nuttall was the highest placing RedHawk, and she finished in 16th place with a time of 17:25.5. Annie Christie (18:02.5) and Julia Rushing (18:04.7) finished in 62nd and 69th place, respectively. To round out the top five runners for the RedHawks, Gianna Labbiento (19:01.1) and Nora Zubillaga (19:07.9) finished in 188th and 207th place overall.
