Day three of the 2023 Mid-American Conference Women's Swimming & Diving Championships ended with the Miami University women's swimming and diving team maintaining third place overall. After a day of competition that involved multiple broken records, the RedHawks finished with 376.5 points, placing them behind the University of Akron in first (509.5 points) and the University at Buffalo in second (411 points).

How It Happened:
- The first event of day three was the 100 butterfly. McKenzie Reid finished sixth, earning a time of 53.67 and qualifying for both a top-five program record and a NCAA B cut. This bested her already top-five prelims time of 53.78. In consolation finals, Erin Szczupakiewicz placed 10th (54.45) and Honor Brodie-Foy placed 12th (54.78).
- After breaking it in prelims, Nicole Maier once again broke Miami's pool record in the 400 IM with a time of 4:09.22, which also landed her in the top-five program times and qualified for a NCAA B cut. Also in the championship finals, Emily Rinker took seventh with a time of 4:21.46. The consolation finals had a 16th-place finish from Maggie Patterson, who earned a time of 4:29.34.
- In the 200 freestyle championship finals, Greta Kolbeck finished fourth with a time of 1:47.78. Camila Lins De Mello placed 15th in the consolation finals, earning a time of 1:50.53.
- Sara Lahrach-Sanchez scored a top-10 program time in the 100 breaststroke, taking ninth in the consolation finals with a time of 1:02.34. Further down, Ashley Sego finished 11th, earning a time of 1:02.99 after tying the 10th-best program time in prelims with her time of 1:02.50.
- More records were broken in the 100 backstroke, where Madeline Padavic's time of 53.58 broke the program record for the RedHawks and earned her third place along with a NCAA B cut qualification. Just behind in championship finals, Angelina Cakuls took sixth (54.40) and Reid took seventh (54.56). Consolation finals had a 13th-place finish from Jenna Halliday with a time of 55.43.
- Consolation finals for the 3 meter dive saw Mia Meinhardt earn an NCAA Zone qualifying score of 251.05 points, putting her in 13th. Also for the RedHawks, Lauren Melia placed 16th, earning a score of 228.20 after qualifying for Zone with her prelims score of 242.80.
- Closing out the day's competition was the 400 medley relay, where the Miami A relay team of Padavic, Lahrach-Sanchez, Reid and Maier set a new program record combined time of 3:38.26, which tied them for third place with Ohio University.
