RedHawks See Action at Day Two of Penn Relays

PHILADELPHIA, Penn. - After a great start on day one, the Miami University track and field team continued to see more success on day two with strong finishes for the RedHawks against a competitive field at the Penn Relays.

The RedHawks continue their stint  at the Penn Relays on Saturday, April 30.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- This day was filled with relays for the RedHawks. The women's 4x200-meter relay team consisting of Lucca Agate, Abby Suszek, Faith Baxter, and Gabby Cossio finished in second place with a time of 1:40.24. The men's 4x400-meter relay team finished in 12th place. Sam Pearl, Luke Finnegan, Jacob Matthews, and Jacob Ranker finished with a time of 3:17.48 against 26 teams.
- Field events success continued on day two of the Penn Relays, with Taylor Manley placing sixth in the triple jump with a jump of 12.04-meters. Ryan Smith saw success in the discus finishing in fourth place with a throw of 54.51-meters.
The RedHawks continue their stint  at the Penn Relays on Saturday, April 30.
