RedHawks Compete at Day One of Indiana Invitational

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — The Miami University outdoor track and field team competed in day one of the Indiana Invitational. Day one was full of good results on the track against strong competition.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
The RedHawks continue their stint at the Indiana Invitational on Saturday, April 23, with multiple events taking place throughout the day.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Luke Finnegan competed alongside teammates in the men's 200-meter for the RedHawks, finishing in sixth with a time of 21.10.
- In the women's 5000-meter race, Carmen Riano finished first with a time of 16:00.30. Teammate Ava Nuttall placed third in the event with a time of 16:29.81.
- Other RedHawks who had impressive performances on the day were Dan Conway in the 3000-meter steeplechase who finished fourth with a time of 9:06.07 and Anthony Camerieri who placed third in the 1500-meter race with a time of 3:41.78.
The RedHawks continue their stint at the Indiana Invitational on Saturday, April 23, with multiple events taking place throughout the day.
