RedHawks Open Season With Impressive Showing at Indiana Opener

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Miami University cross country teams had nine top-10 finishes in a dual meet versus Indiana University on Saturday afternoon. The men placed five runners in the top 10 while the women's had four.

How it Happened:
- For the women, Ava Nuttall finished third in the 19-person race, capturing a time of 18:05.13. She was just three seconds behind the leader.
- Annie Christie (18:19.51), Ally Suyak (18:23.21) and Emily Akin (18:34.17) finished seventh through ninth in the race.
- On the men's side, Obsaa Feda finished second with a time of 25:26.34.
- Max Polak (25.34.95) finished fourth, Charlie Harders (25.39.31) was sixth and Nick Saul (25:45.03), Dan Conway (25:46.56) and Mhalicki Bronson (25:48.26) finished seventh through ninth.
