Miami Athletics Shares Football Attendance Policy for 2020 Season

The Miami University football team begins its 2019 Mid-American Conference Championship title defense on Wednesday, Nov. 4 in a 7 p.m. tilt versus Ball State. Due to league-wide policies, no public attendance will be allowed this season.Â
Home game opponents for Miami include Ball State (Nov. 4), Ohio (Nov. 17) and Kent State (Dec. 5). Only limited guests - families of participating student-athletes and coaching staff for home and visiting teams - will be permitted to attend. Also in accordance with the league, tailgating will not be permitted.
While the University will follow all CDC, State of Ohio, Butler County and Miami University guidelines at all athletic events, Miami Athletics has numerous ways for fans to follow all of the action in 2020.
Fans are encouraged to follow the action on social media as well as on TV or radio:

Virtual gameday will be offered on all three Miami RedHawks social media accounts during the evening starting 30 minutes prior to kick off and will offer special promotions and engagement opportunities during commercial breaks. Follow along for a virtual gameday experience!Â

Television Information
The Ball State contest will be carried live on CBS Sports Network and next week's contest at Buffalo will be on ESPN. The final four games will also be televised, but will be announced 12 days out of each game. Stay tuned to MiamiRedHawks.com for updates throughout the season.

In its second year of its partnership with Van Wagner, the Miami Sports Network continues its coverage of Miami Football with a group of affiliates blanketing most of Southwest Ohio and Southeast Indiana. "The Voice of the RedHawks" Steve Baker will deliver the play-by-play coverage, while Terry Bridge will provide color commentary. Tune-in to one of Miami's gameday affiliates:
