OXFORD, Ohio - The Miami University women's tennis team stayed on a roll Saturday at the Miami Tennis Courts in Oxford, taking down the visiting Dayton Flyers in clean 7-0 sweep. The RedHawks, taking a brief break from conference play, improve to 8-10 overall. The 'Hawks finished the match without dropping a single set.
In doubles, after getting a walkover win on court three due to an incomplete lineup, the RedHawks took both of the other two matches as the team of
Brindtha Ramasamy and
Milana Lysova won at first doubles while
Priyana Kalita and
Makenzie Myers also took a victory on court two.
The RedHawks would continue their dominance in the singles session, winning all matches in straight sets and only dropping a total of 12 games.
Emily Struble provided a 6-0, 6-0 sweep at fourth singles, while Ramasamy won 6-1, 6-0 at the top of the lineup.
Janelle Ghanem also put on a dominating performance, dispatching Dayton's Benjamin 6-2, 6-0 on court five. Lysova and
Jordan Ortega-Mendez rounded out the day with wins at second and third singles.

Miami returns to conference play next weekend, visiting the Western Michigan Broncos. The RedHawks, with a 4-1 conference record, will look to retain their spot atop the conference standings.
