Women's MAC Championships Have Begun

ATHENS, Ohio - The Miami University women's swimming and diving team is currently tied in fifth place with Bowling Green after the first day of competition at the 2018 MAC Championships.
The women competed in the 200 medley relay and the 800 free relay.
Izzy Herb, Elise Campbell, Peyton Mosbaugh and Abby Stone finished seventh in the 200 medley relay (1:41.91), earning 24 points for Miami.
Ella Moynihan, Molly Zilch, Claire Doerr and Stone earned a third-place finish (7:17.42) in the 800 free relay, adding 32 points to the RedHawks' total. Moynihan broke a Miami record for the 200 free (1:46.43) with her first-leg swim.
On Thursday, the women will swim the 500 free, 200 IM, 50 free, 1 mtr diving and 200 free relay.
