Cajun Cookin' with The Coach

MOBILE, Alabama -- Lance Guidry jokes that "if my coaching career doesn't pan out, I'm gonna to become a Cajun cook."
So, on Tuesday at Mobile's Marriott Hotel, MURedHawks made him prove his claim. The hotel staff provided Coach Guidry with a big frying pan, onions, Cajun seasoning, tomato sauce, bell pepper, mushroom soup, shrimp and LOTS of butter.
With sidekick Dr. David Hodge, Miami University's president, at his side, Guidry turned up the heat and began to do his Cajun magic.
