OXFORD, Ohio -- Several exciting promotions are planned for the next Miami University home football game -- a nationally-televised matchup against nationally-ranked Ball State on Tuesday, Nov. 11.
In addition to Military Appreciation Day to honor Veterans and current members of the Armed Forces, the IndyCar Series will be hosting a display on campus that includes show cars and a meet-and-greet with several drivers. Will Power and Graham Rahal of the IndyCar Series and Firestone Indy Light driver Travis Gregg -- a 2000 Miami graduate -- are scheduled to attend.
The action gets underway with food, interactive games and live music at 5 p.m. at Tailgate Town.
Also, the Miami Athletic Department will be hosting the Second Annual Talawanda Youth Invitational that night. Discounted tickets are available and all teams will be recognized at halftime.
