Rice And Miami Cancel Final Game Of Three-Game Series

HOUSTON - The Miami baseball team has officially cancelled its final game against the No. 4 Rice Owls on Sunday afternoon due to extremely wet field conditions. Rain throughout the night and into the morning has forced the coaching staffs to embargo the final game of this weekend's three-game series.

The RedHawks return home to Oxford, Ohio, with an 0-2 record against the defending NCAA champs and play their next game on Wednesday, April 14, at home against Wright State. The first pitch is schedule for 3 p.m.
