- 1989
Shepherd was the Miami University softball co-record holder for triples in a season with six in 1989 during her career. Shepherd finished her Miami career as the career record holder in six statistical categories: batting average, runs, hits, triples, home runs and RBI. She remains ranked among the all-time top-10 in all six of those categories. Additionally, Shepherd tied for eighth in single-season home runs, belting six in 1987.
As a senior, she led the team in all but one statistical category. During her Miami career, Shepherd was a two-time First-Team All-MAC selection. She captured her first All-MAC award during her sophomore campaign in 1987. Her second All-MAC honor came during her senior season in 1989.
