Voska was a two-time All-American with the golf program, earning honorable mention honors in 1996 and becoming the first in program history to achieve second-team distinction in 1998. With his 11th-place individual finish, Voska catapulted Miami to a 13th-place team finish at the 1998 NCAA Championships. During that time, it was the best individual finish ever by a RedHawk at the NCAA Championships and tied the best team finish in program history.

As a sophomore, he finished 14th at the 1996 NCAA Championships, which tied for the third-best individual finish at that time. As a senior, Voska was the 1998 MAC Champion and was tabbed MAC Golfer of the Year, MAC Sportsman of the Year and Miami Male Athlete of the Year. His 71.20 average for the 1997-98 season remained on of the best in program history, while his 73.97 career average ranked second at Miami during that time.

He was a part of Miami's last MAC Championship team in 1996, finishing second by one stroke to teammate Maarten van den Berg. Voska spurred the Red and White to NCAA Central Regional appearances in 1996, 1997 and 1998, helping Miami advance to the NCAA Championships in 1996 and 1998. A four-year letterwinner, Voska was a three-time First-Team All-MAC selection in 1996, 1997 and 1998.
