Hall of Fame
Honroth was a four-time MAC Champion for Miami University's women's track and field team. Honroth captured MAC titles in the 100-meter hurdles three straight years (1986-1988), becoming the first in MAC history to achieve the feat in the event. In her final season, Honroth also seized an individual title in the 400-meter hurdles.
She finished her career as Miami's all-time point scorer and currently ranks among the top 15. She set Miami records in both the 400-meter and 100-meter hurdles as a senior and remains fourth all-time at Miami in both events. Additionally, Honroth was an Academic All-MAC selection in 1988, the first year of the award.
Following her senior campaign, Honroth was tabbed Miami's Female Athlete of the Year and its Leann Grimes Davidge Memorial Award recipient. She was the first track and field athlete to earn the Leann Grimes Davidge Memorial Award and the second to capture Miami Female Athlete of the Year honors. As a sophomore in 1986, she helped Miami to its only women's track and field MAC championship.
