Kremer had a banner year in 2003, winning MAC titles in the 5,000 meters and 3,000 meter steeplechase, claiming a regional title and owning the American Junior Record in the latter. In the fall, she finished first at the 2003 MAC Cross Country Championships. Kremer earned all-region honors in cross country three times (2000, 2001, 2003). After winning the steeplechase at the MAC Championships in 2001, Kremer was tabbed the meet's Outstanding Performer.

She finished her career as the Miami record holder for the 5,000 meters (indoor) and 6,000 meters (cross country) and continues to own the steeplechase (outdoor) record as well as all 10 top times in the event.
