Q: I already have tickets and am in need of wheelchair seating, how do I go about doing that?
A: Please call the Miami Athletic Ticket Office at (513) 529-4295 to arrange an accessible exchange. We encourage doing this in advance of game day.
Q: Can we bring bags into the arena?
A: Book Bags / Backpacks / Other Containers are not permitted. Cinch bags and backpack-style purses, diaper bags and camera bags are permissible. All bags and persons are subject to visual inspection.
Q: What time does Will Call open?
A: Will Call will open at the Goggin Ice Center Box Office in the main lobby off of Campus Ave. 60 minutes prior to puck drop and will remain open until the 2nd period clock shows 15 minutes.
Q: Where can I park for hockey games?

Q: My child is an incoming first year student, how do they get tickets to the game?
A: All Oxford campus Miami Students can come to regular season home games, free of charge. They just need to bring their Miami physical student ID (mobile IDs not accepted) to the Goggin Ice Center spine and get a wristband for entry to the main concourse.
Q: Do all children need a ticket to the game?
A: Children ages 2 and under will be admitted at no charge as long as they are sitting on a lap.
Q: What is "Standing Room Only"?
A: Standing Room Only is located anywhere behind the back row of the venue around the entire concourse. The sight line to the ice is very good anywhere you can find a place to stand. If seats are still open at the first media time out, ushers will help Standing Room Only patrons find seats to sit in for the remainder of the game. Please keep in mind that if the ticketed patron that belongs in the seats you sit in comes later, you may have to move.
