CLEVELAND, Ohio – On Wednesday morning Catherine Denysiewicz-Slowek and Sara Zalukar earned First-Team All-MAC distinction, while Denysiewicz-Slowek was also named MAC Player of the Year and head coach Ricardo Rosas was awarded MAC Coach of the Year.
Denysiewicz-Slowek is Miami's first MAC Player of the Year honoree since Laura Rico captured the award back in 2021. She is also a two-time First-Team All-MAC selection after also earning the honor in 2024 as well. In conference play, she went 10-0 at No. 1 singles, leading the team in singles wins with 21. Her success in both doubles and singles was instrumental in helping the RedHawks win the MAC regular season championship.

Zalukar amassed a total of 33 wins on the season, with 15 coming in singles at the No. 2 spot and the other 18 occurring from doubles at the No. 1 spot while paired with fellow senior Emilia Valentinsson. Zalukar has 122 career victories with the Red and White.
Rosas notched his fourth MAC Coach of the Year honor, also earning the distinction in 2022, 2019, and as interim head coach in 2010. Under Rosas, the RedHawks posted a 9-1 conference mark to earn the regular-season MAC title. This is the 24th MAC regular-season title for the RedHawks.
