KETTERING, Ohio — The Miami University golf team hosted day one of the Moraine Intercollegiate today, and the RedHawks currently sit in eighth place, with a total score of 559. Seven total Miami golfers are competing, two of them as individuals. Brett Podobinski and Tyler Anderson are highest on the leaderboard for the RedHawks, both tied for 12th place.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

Podobinski (68-70=138) shot four under par through the first two rounds, with ten birdies total. He currently sits tied for 12th heading into the final round.
Anderson (69-69=138) shot two under in both of his rounds today, with five birdies in round one and six in round two. He is currently tied for 12th.
Cameron Pero (67-75=142) ends the first two rounds at even par, shooting four under par in his first round and four over in his second. He is currently tied for 37th overall.
Michael Weber (71-72=142) played as an independent today and shot even par in both rounds. He is tied for 43rd heading into the final round.
Michael Stagnaro (74-71=145) played as an independent today and shot three over through his first two rounds. He is currently tied for 50th.
Nathan Vonderhaar (77-70=147) shot five over through his first two rounds, with five birdies and an eagle on the 13th hole in his second round. He heads into the final day of play tied for 61st.
